But I should put my faith in him to complete what needs to be done and ensure Salt March's safety, I understand Ludwig. The solution has been presented and the problem should be solved, so I should stop worrying over it.
Now we must look to the journey ahead, when we get to Athkatla I will need to get a new map, then I can start planning our journey to the north. If anyone has specific places they wish to see or visit we can work them into the journey from Cormyr, just let me know if you have any thoughts or preferences.

After what happened with Ottos, my council is that we should take no teamster, I think that no teamster will want to make such a long journey anyway. Perhaps even rid ourselves of the cart so as to move quicker, you are adventurers not merchants!, never have I seen adventurers travel with so much gear that they don't need. Use pack horses instead. Either that or one of us learns to steer a cart. We should travel much lighter, harder to spot at night, faster to move in the day. I have arranged for two more mercenaries at Athkatla but perhaps they are not needed either. At this rate, soon we will be a marching army with camp followers, enough animals for a circus and a hundred wagons!

Some good points Ludwig, maybe getting rid of the cart is a good idea allowing more speed as you say. Taking a pack horse or 2 would have enough room to carry fodder and other supplies. Ottos will be leaving us at Athkatla and losing the cart would get rid of the need to replace him. If we could find another bag of holding or maybe the larger type, I have heard of ones that look like horse pack saddles but have a large capacity.
*looking a little defensive* we don't have that many animals, they help guard and it's nice having them around.
*laughs* maybe we should start recruiting an army, i've never really thought about leading one before. Do you think I would be any good?

You are many things, Katalina; you have many great skills and bravery and honor and you fight better than any man I have ever met, but you are not a leader of men. Perhaps a leader of animals. Leaving the cart would allow us to travel cross country, Also, carts attract bandits, not that I am scared of bandits but it would be preferable that we did not leave a trail of dead bodies behind us that more powerful enemies could follow. I thought Rangers lived off the land and carried only what they need. I am confused over this sudden need for many belongings and possessions and dresses and things to carry them in.

*blushes* thank you for the compliment *Smiles*
I was trained to live of the land and maybe I have got a bit soft lately. Across country we could save much time, and not having to kill every fool that fancies their chances would be preferable. As for the dress and jewellery, its nice to just be a girl sometimes *laughs*, I can't help but like pretty things, it a woman thing isn't it Kal

As the early morning light filters across the camp, everyone starts to make their way to the campfire as Karondon dishes up some cold breakfast from last nights meal. Kat is already sat there deep in thought with lucky on her lap. As they all sit down wiping sleep from their eyes Kat studies them all intently for a while. As they start to eat and shake off the nights rest she address them
I had a very detailed dream last night, it almost felt like a vision of sorts. As we have travelled over the last few months, I have heard snippets of rumour and other information. I think it was my mind filtering these things along with some of the knowledge I was raised with. Iceheart pretty much stated the facts, *sighs* I believe we are in the beginning of a new Dragon War. The year I was born was one stepped in hints and signs about Dragons and maybe even encompassing half dragons like me. It was a powerful year for those of us born in it, I have said before that I was raised a huntress, I took to the bow like other children take to hop scotch and toys. In my blood I have always felt a calling to battle, maybe it was my souls recognition of things to come or something else. *shrugs her shoulders* It is beyond me, I am no sage. But the fact remains that the future is going to hold many perils, if it is to become a full scale war once more much blood is going to be shed!
With the corrupted dragons that hunt me, the number of them we have encountered says much about the situation, I cannot shake the feeling of war brewing. Those were after me for specific reasons, but still for them to be out in numbers, Icehearts words and Bahamut stirring are all compelling arguments that I am right. If I can find some of the Talons of Justice on our travels, mayhap they can bring more information to bear. The dream itself was of great battles between dragons, my Father was there at his forge creating a weapon although some of that could just be the reflection of me missing him and his comforting presence. I saw a flight of Bronze dragons led by Ansimir flying swiftly over Faerun and many more scenes beside.
*taking a deep breath* I just wondered what you all thought of this, anything you can add or may have heard? I have had fleeting parts of dreams now for months, but last night was the most detailed and longest.
*tries to laugh, but it comes out more forced from a dry throat* If war comes *looking at Ludwig* maybe it is time I started to learn to lead people.

Kal, also remind me when we get to trademeet to try find some potions belts and potions, I think that is where we had my hammer holder crafted.
I want to do something when we get to Athkatla, *looks to Kal and Krim* if you too think we can and are willing I would like to break into the prison!
