Seriously though, from what I hear, the place has fell, you believe a war where one side is already dead can be won? The Damaran's did it, just, true, but look what's left of them now? A bunch of bickering lords fighting over a barren waste cursed with the fallen; one half traitors and the other half simpering fools sucking up to a king with no right.

We all make mistakes, it is how we move forward after and try to right the mistake. Also we must learn from these, trust me I know of mistakes. When travelling with Azral I accidentally released Iceheart from her ancient prison.
But look at where your choices have brought you Orisan, you have us for company and great adventure ahead. As for choosing a pit fight over a tavern, next time maybe you should just have your dinner and get an early night. A good sleep and up to great the dawn breaking, with the fresh smells of the wilds and that short time of peace and tranquillity before the rest of Faerun stirs can be the best time of day to think and decide what to do for the day ahead and even futher.
