Kal looks to the team
I want to set up a training ground, the idea to share our skills and help each other.
I will offer to share my skills and knowledge and would ask whether you would be prepared to share your knowledge and experience with all of us.
Virani I wish to learn the language of your mothers people, I enjoy the challenge of learning different languages as you never know when they might come in handy.
Kalon & Thorek, my skills in the blade have dimmed due to complex changes which I won't bore you with at the moment. Would you help me to regain the touch I have lost?
Kat, I wish to learn more about dealing with animals both interacting with them and Riding more effectively?

*Looks into the fire pondering for a moment*
"If you want to learn some basic skills of course I will help you *Smiles then disappears into the nearby trees*
*Returning an hour or so later she smiles at her friend, as she enters the light of the campfire a small creature can be seen perchered on her shoulder*
"We shall start with caring for and understanding animals before we get on to riding techniques, *places her hand on Kal's shoulder and lets out a barely audible whisper. The small creature nimble darts down her arm and onto Kals shoulder*
"This is a squirrel Kal, they are very clever and love nuts"

*Kalon looks down at the challenge placed upon kal and smiles*
"Well Kal I'm not sure how much i can teach you about, uhm the blade. You certainly know how to swing a sword. My style is more Brutish, My weapons are rage and momentum whereas you take the shadows and exploit weaknesses. But in my time I learn to adapt to each opponent and have a better mind for battle that my brutish style seems to suggest. Once you have taken Kats test of the Nut muncher I will tell you how to face certain opponents... The Kalon way. If that isnt to your liking we can spa and ill show you that broken bones build charactar."
*smirks and turns to the rest of the group*
"If this is the state of play I can tell you that I am a Weapon and armour smith of no small skill. I have greater ability and practice with my Heavy mace. I have learnt some of history of the lands from my mentors and stories. During my Times in Temples i have learnt what i can from the Priests and lay members."
*Looks to Virani*
"I'm Afraid the only interest i have in your fine Art is Spell Lore and of the weave to better understand how to Kill Magic users. If it is of any comfort I only want to kill those who abuse the power Mystra has allowed them and those who use it for evil means."
*Looks to Kat*
" I may not share your same love for animals but I have some knowledge to survive in the wilderness and I am also a hunter of sorts." *Kalon touched his trophy Necklace* "I would be grateful for anymore wisdom you can give me. Prehaps we can Hunt together, to challenge ourselves agaisnt the wilderness?"
*Looks to Kal*
"I don't so much care for the Arts of rouge craft and the way you mess with the shadows seems unnatural to me. But when we ask questions of creatures of other planes you tend to have the answers. Can you impart any of this wisdom to me, If only so I can better kill such things"
*Looks to Orisson*
"I dont think you have any skills that you can teach me...."
*Pauses for a moment and Laughs clearly joking*
"But Im sure you can teach me how to stay out of trouble one day"

*as kat returns to the fire laying down using Ryna as a great furry pillow she listens to Kalon*
"A hunt sounds good, if I can give you a few pointers or advise then it is yours. When we get to better hunting grounds we shall begin. I will keep an eye out for tracks that point us to a good hunt. *picks up some more charred boar and ripping the flesh from the bone with her fangs*
It has a nice flamed flavour, *sighs* but maybe a little over cooked for you guys *as she sees hardly any has been touched*.
The main thing to remember is to always be aware of your surroundings, and keep a feel for north if you can"

Kalon your words do you credit, Then I suggest sparing will be of use. you can help me find my weak points and help me learn how to learn from the weaknesses and turn them in to strength. I will impart what knowledge on the hell's I posses and I can teach you their tongue so you can understand their words.
Kat Thank you for the Squirrel I'll call him Nexus the shadow I will have to learn how to create a bond, but i do not wish to bend it's will. Kal holds open her hand with a small nut and gently whispers come, at which the squirrel pops its head out of the pouch runs under her sleeves and up along her shoulders grabbing the nut and darting back into the pouch. I think we are going to get on just fine.
Virani you know that i can mimic you form, I have a plan for when we go to your home. If you agree I'm going to propose to posing as you but to do so I will need to learn about you.
Kat if you're going to go off hunting then I would like to come to.
In The mean time
Kal grabs a stick from the pile of firewood and draws a circle, and steps in to the circle and calls to Kalon to the blooding and adopts her fighting pose.

*Kalon Arranges a display of conveniently aquired weapons to the side of the mock arena. Selecting a Heavy Mace and stepping forward he studied his opponent.*
"Now I have seen a few interesting things about your style. Your Rougecraft much like Niks looks to exploit weaknesses in your enemy. My Mentor called this Alpha Strike, this with your agile nature and affinity for the shadows makes you dangerous. Select your weapon Kal of the Shadows. If it is a weapon you havent mastered i will teach you."

looking at the weapons on offer she studies them testing the their weight an feel finally choosing a weapon. Well if i'm going to learn how to use weapons I might as well start with something unfamiliar this will do and picks up a spear, Kal slowly circles her Opponent looking for the gaps in the armour to exploit.

Virani frowned in thought at both Kalon and Kal's words. Teaching Elven would be a simple enough matter but teaching Kalon how to better kill those who used the Weave was another matter. She was perfectly willing to do so but the how would take some thought.
She went and sat beside Kat with Bulwei settling at her side. She helped herself to a mug of coffee from the pot she had set up earlier and leaned back against the rock.
"I am guessing there isn't much you'd want to learn from me?" She commented to Kat as she watched the others sparring.

****Note - make kals attack. We will ignore penalty for sparing and add sneak attack. I'll write the description for what happens depending on my stuff. Please make an opposed attack roll for a sunder as well please****

Pass, she did say she wanted to expand her training. This could give her some good insight into other forms. Take the bow for instance, it's my preferred weapon, but there are times when I cAnnot rely on it and have to change my tactics. Very high winds for instance, or monks who can deflect shafts even at the high speeds they travel
