"A place where dragons go to die? You know the answer, you are not so young and stupid as to think you could have any business there! Yes, the Dire Dragon holds dominion there but a powerful necromancer and lich, one that nearly brought about the end of all dragons, was only recently destroyed in that place! You think power like that simply goes away? No, it seeps into the very stones, bleeds into the shadows and merges with the death that haunts there! No, meddling in such a place and a few angry Helmites will be the least of your worries!"

But the Dire Dragon is a guardian of the dead and cares nothing for the world and its fate and he would never betray the secrets of the dead dragons. He is still angry at being tricked by Samaster and has now become even more defensive if such a thing were possible."
He sighs.
"Your will to do good does you credit but I fear your naivity may be your undoing".

It definitely is not the Arie! there are so many hidden agenda's, lie's and corruption on this plain to wade through"

Virani nodded in agreement. "It seems wherever we go there are lies and corruption. But none more so than in Evereska, that place is full of schemes with one House always trying to best another."
She sighed patting Bulwei. "I know I have said it before but I am grateful not to be going there alone again. I just wish Jore could be here as well."

But it seems this is often the source of some of the greater evils in the world. True we can fight various monsters and kill them but it means nothing if we dont find where they come from"

I'm sure he is doing well virani, he is a strong man with a fierce determination. You shall have to get hold of some sending scrolls to see how he is, maybe even scry for him?

"Scrying? Even for a partner, is that not an invasion of privacy? Sending is a way but seems like a trivial use of magic? May as well Teleport back and forth if you will go to that much effort to talk to someone. Just hope you Mystra isn't unhappy and you aren't unlucky."
