The Helmlands
During the Time of Troubles, an empowered god and a fallen goddess battled to the death near an abandoned castle between Arabel and Tilverton in the northern reaches of Cormyr.
With the death of Mystra by Helm's hand, the land was scarred and a wild magic zone came into existance called the Helmlands.
Crownsilver territory cover the lands from the Storm Horns to the North to the Kings Forest to the South. Eveningstar to the West and Almost to Arabel to the East.
Flourishing vineyards, farms and orchards dot the rolling dales of the Helmlands. Many horse farms can be found here including the famous House Garrodros, named for the sturdy garron ponies they breed and supply to the Purple Knights and bannermen of Crownsilver.
However, to those who do not know the safe routes through the land, the area is avoided by Cormyrians and foreigners alike as the place is riddled with wild magic and dead magic areas.
Many Cormyrians hate Helm and this land is said to be marked by him and regarded as cursed.
It is the magical fluctuations that some say give great strength to the soil and horses of the land.
