"Orin thank you for your support, an everyone's. I believe that this Vile White can be captured! I would rather see her slain, but if imprisonment is the only option for now then so be it. I think that once the Gate has been created for it then everyone who is willing should go through back to the Prime and wait in ambush! One person needs to have the confidence and ability to use the manicals that I have been holding for this very purpose. Using invisibility magic and any other form that we can think of to remain hidden. I shall use the horn and call the True Name once more, this should be enough to get the Whites attention! Hopefully she will take the bait and give chase. I shall be prepared for combat the same as when I fought the Princes champion if you would lend me the strength and powers granted by the Mordinsamman Azral and your storm gifts Orin. As bait I shall lead her through the back roads and once in the Prime Material who ever holds the manicals will have their chance to capture this vile excuse for a DRAGON!!!!
If we can find some potions or scrolls of Fly I would hopefully be able to keep the distance between us, I have the Abilities granted by Bahamut and my Ranger training to increase my movement over land but I do not think that it would be enough to keep ahead of her. I doubt she is stupid and may realize there is a trap, I may have to fight her to start and make it look like we are fleeing. If you are still willing Amcimir maybe we could tackle her together? What do you think?
I must admit the thought of running from her does not sit well with my blood, but I know the limits of my own powers. I may not be ready to face one such as her one on one, but believe me the time is coming!

*Harumph* sounds like a bold plan and may just work. She isn't the brightest of dragons and with the right protections her cold breath can be ignored but she is like to flee if it is obvious she does not have the advantage or if she smells a rot grub in her pudding so we must act swift and precisely with any plan we chose to put in place.
*He thinks for a few minutes, sometimes grumbling under his breath.*
Yes. yes, I do believe that with your assistance, I can destroy her.

"I do not know what help I can lend, not against a dragon anyway, but I am fast and I have my abilities that let me look different depending on what is needed... I could probably even look like you or another of your kind, Kat, but I doubt it would fool a Dragon for long.
If there is a role for me in your plan then I shall play my part, but I don't really know what you intend to do, beyond use these manacles to trap her."

"Well my lass, we started this together so I'd be buggered if I'd let you finish it without me. With the Mordinsammans blessings I can grant us all a resistance to her Freezeing Breath. I can bless one of you skin like stone. I could also protect one of you from upto 3 of her spells if you know what she is likely to cast.. Do we know how long it will take us to travel from this gate to the one on the prime material plane"

It takes a whole day to create a fey back roads, so Madame Feece needs to cast her spell the day before we meet with the dragon and as close to her lair as possible without being detected. No doubt, Ice Heart will have spies, I can detect any scrying attempts. I have been told that it is three days afoot from Glymmermoore to the Valley of Gold. The portal journey between our two dimensions will be more or less instant, there will be no chance for the dragon to breakaway from the path once the backroad has been entered. If bait fails, I will attempt to barge her through the portal. Remember, the manacles only work on the prime material plane! We must time our ambush to the second. *Harumph* Ah, yes, just so you know, I can imbue all of you with the power of flight if required, which no doubt it will, but as I said before, going toe to toe... or claw to claw with her will be incredibly dangerous. Which is why I should be the one to lead the charge.

"Once the gate is created would would be better for Madame Feece to return so as not to get caught up in the attempt to remove Iceheart from this plane. Also i should expect an attack from the Prince as it will be the last real chance he has at getting rid of us then claiming he got rid of Iceheart himself"

Indeed, Azral, she is our guide and no more but... if the success of our quest is in jeopardy I am sure she will use whatever abilities she is able to spare to help out. You are also right to assume that Alacus will make one or two last ditch attempts to steal glory. Well done, my boy, two out of two! Not bad going! But have you considered letting him have the glory? You are already proved innocent, killing Ice Heart will gain the admiration of the Fey but is this something you desire? I have two thoughts regarding this - Firstly, nobody should benefit from a great thing when no effort was made to earn it! Unless you count his plotting and scheming as 'great effort'. I have no desire for recognition or fame, simply helping these people is my only goal but still, giving the recognition to Alacus does not sit well with me. Secondly, what would Alacus do with this new found glory? I believe he would garner favor in the Fey court and use it to usurp his uncle and perhaps even help the Spring Realms chase winter away forever. Which reminds me, we will need adequate cold protection to enter the Valley of Gold which has been transformed into a realm of ice and snow. If endure elements is available to all, I recommend it be cast, otherwise any nature of cold protection will suffice and if none of these are available, very thick layers of winter coats and blankets, perhaps snow shoes also. I will be traveling in my elven form so as to be less easier to spot.

"thank you Mason, you seemed to have met us at a perilous point of our journey! but your willingness to help is appreciated. Azral my friend, your support is always a source of strength for me and so true we have come this far. Let us deal with her once and for all so we can make our way to Iltkazar so you can finally show me your ancestral home. We can then also start the hunt for Esalder!*Scowls*
Amcimir having an ally and friend such as yourself is humbling, I hope one day I can match your resolve and strength. If I can gain half the support and respect my father has over the years I will be a rich Dragon indeed and hopefully make him proud, if i achieve nothing else in this life other than being a daughter he can be proud of I would go to Bahamut's side happy.
If imprisonment is the outcome then as Amcimir has said the timing must be perfect, we need a way to let the others know on the other side we are coming. If one person could hide from her and move through at the last minute it would aid with the timing of using the manacles. I had thought of invisibility magic, but Azral tells me that with her true seeing this would be negated.
I agree Azral, the prince will try something else. In truth I have been waiting for it since leaving the trial by combat.
If you lead a charge against her Amcimir, know that my bow and all my skill will be with you"

"I agree Amicimir, the prince should gain nothing from his underhanded tactics and deceit! I do not seek the glory of removing Iceheart, just the knowledge that no one shall suffer at her hands again"

"Alacus can attempt to steal the glory all he likes, as far as I am concerned if he's attacking Iceheart he's essentially on our side... glory is of less interest to me than survival, and secondarily helping you to defeat this evil creature for the sake of the world at large. I appreciate that my view on this is probably different from all of yours, though.
My concern is that he will attempt to set yet another ambush or trap for us as we travel, weakening us before the big battle. Last time his goons attacked it was only seven, and in an enclosed space, and when we were expecting it and fully prepared - but even then, it took several spells to help defeat them, and some healing to get us all back to full health in time for Kat's trial by combat... if the shamed Prince's wounded pride leads him to launch a full attack against us, feeling that we have ruined his plans or made him look a fool, then fighting him off could expend much of our valuable time, spell energy, potions, and physical health. Imagine if he sprung such a trap at the exact moment we were attempting to spring one of our own? It would be absolute chaos!"

It looks like I need to heavily consider what spells I use, I can grant the blessings of enduring the elements sufficient for those that require it of our party. I can cast the ability to resist a known element providing protection to the 5 of us, I can grant the gift or stoneskin to up to 2 further people, How resilient is ice heart to flame and lightning? One idea of have is to obscure the portal in a fog cloud for those who wish to be bait to slip into to try and get he to follow on the other side I plan to create a noxious fog and as I don't need to breathe I would not inhale its properties and wait hidden using invisibility then launch a suprise attack as she passes through. I could attempt to catch her of guard with these manacles. I have the ability to cast misdirection possibly on Kat, If iceheart tries to use scrying this may help. I also have a potion of barkskin which may be of use. Let me know of anything else that may be helpful and i'll see what i can prepare.

*Harumph* She won't just blindly follow someone into a poisonous cloud! Her senses are keen enough to overcome any blindness or invisibility though it is limited in range, perhaps twenty or so human paces. As far as I am aware, she has no protections from poison though it would have to be a potent one to effect her in any meaningful way. Protections from fear will be required, her aura is quite formidable. Though fire would normally harm her more for being a creature of ice, she has a spell that protects her from flame so dispelling would be a good idea, a spell I am sadly lacking. Electricity will harm her though she can use her spell to protect herself from this also. Remember, that she has a natural resilience to spells and magic, by my calculations, a 14th circle caster could penetrate her resistance half the time.

"If I am to participate I certainly need protection from this fear effect you mention... I am no coward but living in the woods away from magical beings and spellcasters has not given me much chance to hone my mental fortitude. I am certain it would affect me worse than someone like you Orin, or you Azral, as your training gives you both greater strength of mind.
As for travelling in the cold, my cloak is sufficient - but it only protects me from the weather, and not from the icy breath of the beast herself.
When it comes to attacking I am not sure my claws would even penetrate her hide, sharp as they are... But I may at least serve as an annoying distraction while the manacles are brought to bear, unless there is a magical way to reduce her defenses or increase the accuracy of my attacks such that I can get under her scales.
Dispelling her protections... Now is that something one could enchant an arrow with? My bow conveys a jolt of electricity to every arrow, but could this same effect be harnessed to deliver a negative magic such as a dispel? I do not know the intricacies of magic, I'm afraid."

"Ayi lass weapons can be enchanted to hold the power to Dis-spell magical effects, but I have neither the time or the material costs to do such a thing. Plus as you pointed out during the fight in the corridor with the Princes guards you are no archer! So I wouldn't waste such time preparing something like that to not be used!
Between the power that Orin can bring to bare and the blessings granted to myself we can protect us from the cold weather, give you resistances to Icehearts Icy breath and make her fearful intentions wash over us harmlessly but we do not have inexhaustible power and need to know beforehand how and what to prepare! My blessings grant me the ability to penetrate her natural resistances to magic in all but the most unfortunate of timings.
Now I have the better chance between Orin and myself to be able to Dis-Spell Icehearts protections against flames but I would not be certain the aura I targetted would be the correct one. Where as Orin could pin point the aura he wished to Dis-Spell his magic is less likely to counter hers than mine is!
Now with regards to the Prince, as my grand-papy used to say "The enemy of my enemy is only the enemy of my enemy and nothing more!" Yes he may attack us on route or maybe even during our confrontation with Iceheart. Yes the Prince may attack Iceheart with the intention of claiming a victory for himself after we leave the Fey realm. But at the same time he is just as likely to attack us both or even wait till after the fight and attack the weakened victor! We will just have to face this when the time comes.
As for the spell Misdirection! Correct me if I'm wrong but don't you misdirect the information from divination spells that reveal auras with that spell? To stop from being Scryed upon you would need Mind Blink, Nondetection, Sequester! or Obscure Object if you wanted to protect an item! I'm sure Spell Immunity or Spell Turning could work also. Detect Scrying could give us a heads up that Iceheart was trying to locate us.. But hopefully Iceheart will stay asleep like the King told us she was till we decide to use the Horn to call for her..
Hmmm Have I missed anything?"
